Wholesale Flower Buying Guide

Prepare the information needed to discuss flower availability, specifications, pricing and delivery arrangements with our team.

You do not need every answer before contacting us. In the “Inquiry Details” field, share what is known and clearly note what still needs confirmation.

01
BEFORE YOU CONTACT US

Build a complete buying brief

The contact form asks for your company, email, phone number and country as separate required fields. Use the “Inquiry Details” field for the buying information below.

01

Flower requirements

List the categories or varieties you need, plus preferred colour, stem length, opening stage, visible condition or other specifications.

02

Quantity and timing

State the estimated amount, the unit you use and when you expect to purchase or receive the flowers.

03

Packing requirements

Describe any bunch size, sleeve, label, carton or loading requirements that need to be considered.

04

Destination and transport

Include the destination country, city or airport, together with your preferred transport method or trade term.

For specification or transport advice, include the intended use and purchasing requirements in your inquiry.

02
FLOWER REQUIREMENTS

Make the specification measurable

Fresh flowers are not fully standardised products. A grade name can mean different things to different buyers and suppliers, so the order should be based on visible and measurable requirements.

Variety and colour

Use the flower name you buy under and add a colour description when the variety name alone may be unclear.

Stem and appearance

Confirm stem length, flower-head size or other visible characteristics that matter to your market.

Opening stage

State the maturity or opening stage required for your sales cycle and transport distance.

Grade

Do not rely on a grade letter alone. Define the measurable and visible criteria behind it.

Bunching and packing

Confirm stems per bunch, sleeves, labels, carton format and any handling instructions.

Reference standard

If you work from a photo, sample or existing specification sheet, mention it so both sides can review the same reference.

03
COMMERCIAL CONFIRMATION

Understand availability, MOQ and quotes

Availability changes

Season, weather and market conditions can affect flower availability, appearance and price. Current information must be checked for the requested purchasing period.

MOQ is order-specific

The practical minimum depends on the flower category, destination, transport method and packing configuration. It is confirmed after the requirement is reviewed.

CHECK BEFORE CONFIRMING

A clear quote or order record should identify:

  • Flower name and agreed specification
  • Quantity, unit and packing configuration
  • Price, currency and quotation validity
  • Trade term, delivery point and transport responsibility
  • Required documents and whether they apply to the destination
  • Payment and order confirmation terms
04
DESTINATION READINESS

Align transport, documents and receiving

The same flower order can require different packing, transport and documents for different destinations. Confirm the operating conditions instead of assuming that one arrangement fits every market.

01

Define the destination

Country, city or airport, expected receiving point and preferred transport method.

02

List required documents

Name the documents your importer, broker or destination requires. Applicability and availability must be verified.

03

Explain receiving conditions

State who handles customs clearance, onward transport, unloading and cold storage after arrival.

AFTER ARRIVAL

Keep the agreed order record available

Inspect the shipment promptly under the agreed receiving process. If an issue is found, retain the order reference, carton or batch details, a clear description and relevant photos for review.

05
WORKING PROCESS

From inquiry to order coordination

Each step reduces ambiguity before flowers are packed or shipped. The exact timing and responsibilities are confirmed for the specific order.

  1. 1

    Send the inquiry

Provide your company and contact details, then describe the flower requirement in the message field.

  2. 2

    Clarify the specification

We align the flower, quality indicators, quantity unit, packing and destination.

  3. 3

    Confirm availability and quote

Current availability, the applicable minimum and commercial terms are confirmed for the request.

  4. 4

    Agree the order details

Both sides confirm the specification, packing, documents, responsibilities and timing before the order proceeds.

  5. 5

    Coordinate packing and shipment

The handling and shipment plan follows the details agreed for that order and destination.
