BUYER QUESTIONS

Common questions before ordering

You do not need every answer before contacting us. In the “Inquiry Details” field, share what is known and clearly note what still needs confirmation.

Is there a fixed minimum order?

No single MOQ applies to every request. The flower category, destination, transport method and packing configuration all affect the practical minimum. Our team confirms it after reviewing your inquiry.

Can I request a fixed price list?

Fresh-flower prices and availability can change with season, weather and market conditions. A usable quote needs the flower specification, quantity, unit, destination and purchasing timeframe.

How can I get advice on specifications and packing?

Include the flowers, intended use, quantities and destination, plus the specifications or packing options you would like to discuss, so the team can provide relevant advice.

How should flower grade be defined?

Grade names are not enough on their own. Align the variety, stem length, flower-head size, opening stage and visible condition, then record the agreed standard in the order details.

Which export documents are available?

List the documents required for your destination in the inquiry. Availability, applicable scope and permission to share must be confirmed before ordering; no document or certification is assumed.

How are transport and receiving arrangements confirmed?

Provide the destination and preferred transport method, and explain the customs-clearance and cold-storage arrangements you already have. The route, timing and responsibilities are then discussed for the order.

What should I provide if there is an issue on arrival?

Contact the team promptly with the order reference, a clear description and relevant photos. Review and follow-up are handled according to the specifications and terms agreed for that order.
